Deliverables from Rusty Lens Media are not boundary surveys, legal site plans, certified topographic surveys, engineering drawings, construction staking documents, grade certifications, or documents intended to establish property lines, easements, ownership, legal boundaries, or final construction elevations.
Any legal, survey-grade, engineering-grade, permitting, construction, boundary, or court-related use must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate licensed professional. Rusty Lens Media may provide aerial image capture or supporting drone data to licensed surveyors, engineers, architects, contractors, attorneys, or other qualified professionals working under their own authority and responsibility.
